Exams should not take place in the morning because teenagers brains are not fully awake, says on Oxford academic. A sleep expert at the University of Oxford, Paul Kelley, says college and universit exams should be confined to the afternoon because it is unfair to hold such important exams for young people before noon. "The body clock of 16- to 21-year-olds shifts dramatically by, on average, almost three hours" he says. "So holding an exam at 9am is equivalent to a 6.30am exam for an adult".
No an ideal time!
